Learning
What does "neural learning engine" mean?
It's inspired by how the nervous system works. Every question and reading belongs to a concept, and concepts link to each other, to specialties and to clinical cases to form a knowledge map. If you struggle with a concept, the app suggests reading its prerequisite first. Behind it all are learning-science principles such as spaced review and retrieval practice.
How does Review work?
Each concept returns in Review when it is due, starting with questions you haven't fixed yet. Flashcards share the same review queue.
What is Exam Practice?
A timed practice exam: the clock runs and feedback waits until you submit. The Short exam is open in the free version too, while the Full exam and detailed analysis come with Pro.
Can I play with friends?
Yes. Invite a friend to a live duel or build a team: 1v1, 2v2 and 4v4. The free version lets you enter five duels a day.

Content and AI
Where does the content come from?
It is written from guidelines and peer-reviewed sources, then passes automated checks and editorial review. Published content is being re-checked against newer evidence.
What if I spot a faulty question?
Report it in one tap: wrong answer, unclear question, broken image or too easy. You earn XP when your report is accepted.
What does the AI do, and not do?
It explains answers another way, simplifies readings and scores your explanation in Explain to the Patient; all of these come with Pro. It works from the app's approved content and does not diagnose or recommend treatment.
Does it give certificates or CPD credit?
No. PhysioThink is a learning and practice tool and does not replace formal education or CPD credit.
